- 2 lb. fresh or frozen sole, halibut or other firm fish
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 4 green onions, sliced thin
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 4 Tbsp. sherry
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
Directions

1Arrange fish fillets in single layer in a baking dish.

2Combine remaining ingredients, except onions, and pour over fish.

3Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, basting occasionally.

4Remove fish and garnish with green onions.
