- 6 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 3 c. water
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- Minced fresh parsley, optional
Directions

1Place potatoes in a greased 2-quart baking dish.

2In a sauce pan, heat water, bouillon and garlic until bouillon is dissolved; pour over potatoes.

3Sprinkle with cheese.

4Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours or until tender.

5Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

6Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
