- 1 1/2 c. cold 1% milk
- 1 (4 serving size) pkg. sugar free instant pudding mix
- 8 oz. tub frozen lite whipped topping, thawed
- 13 oz. pkg. angel food cake, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 pt. strawberries, sliced
- 1 c. blueberries
Directions

1Pour milk into bowl; add pudding mix.

2Beat with whisk 1 to 2 minutes or until well blended, stirring in 3 cups of whipped topping.

3Place half the cake cubes in a large trifle dish.

4Top with half the fruit.

5Spread pudding mixture over fruit.

6Top with remaining cake cubes and fruit.

7Garnish with remaining whipped topping.

8Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. Makes 12 servings, each with 160 calories and 3 grams fat.
