  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 cups bread flour (or all purpose flour)
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute
  • 12 ounces beer
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
