Lighter Cinnamon Rolls for Bread Machine

- 1 package yeast, active dry
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup water warm
- 23 cup milk warm
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup liquid egg substitute
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon ground
Directions

1Make dough in bread machine.

2Roll dough out to a 20x12 inch rectangle and brush with the Combine sugars and cinnamon and sprinkle evenly over the dough.

3Roll up dough, jelly-roll fashion, starting with the long edge.

4Pinch edges together and slice into 12 rolls.

5Place, cut side down, onto baking sheet.

6Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 45 minutes.

7Preheat oven to 350F (180C).

8Bake 15 to 20 minutes, being careful not to burn rolls.

9Remove from oven and drizzle with icing, if desired.

10To make icing, combine powdered sugar and milk and drizzle 1/2 to 1 teaspoon over each roll.
