- 8 whole Hard Boiled Eggs
- 4 teaspoons Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
- 1/4 cups White Onions, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Pickled Relish
- 2 Tablespoons Flat-leaf Parsley, Chopped
- 1/4 teaspoons Paprika
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Directions

1Dice 4 whole hard boiled eggs and 4 hard boiled egg whites and put them into a small bowl. Add the mayonnaise and mustards and stir with a fork, mashing somewhat until you reach your desired consistency. Stir in onions, relish, parsley and season with paprika, salt and pepper.
