  • 2 (3/4 oz.) small pkg. vanilla pudding
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 (20 oz.) large can crushed pineapple
  • 2 (11 oz.) small cans mandarin oranges
  • 1 (16 oz.) bag miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

    Prepare pudding mix, plus brown sugar.

    Allow pudding to cool 5 minutes, then add marshmallows.

    Add crushed pineapple and oranges (both drained).
