- 2 boxes frozen baby limas
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can chopped water chestnuts
- 1 small carton sour cream
- onion powder, salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well.

2Pour into large casserole dish sprayed with Pam.

3Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

4Cover top with 1 sleeve of Ritz or Town House crackers that have been crushed.

5Melt 1/2 stick margarine and pour over cracker crumbs. Continue baking 15 minutes longer.
