- 1 1/2 c. dried lima beans
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Place lima beans in a saucepan and cover with water.

2Soak overnight.

3Add onion and bring to boil.

4Cook over low heat until tender and drain.

5Add soup, 1/2 cup water and butter and pour into greased casserole.

6Sprinkle with crumbs.

7Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
