- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen limas
- 1 can Hormel chunk ham
- 1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimento
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Directions

1Cook beans according to package directions.

2Drain and set aside.

3Melt 2 tablespoons margarine in skillet; add flour, stirring until smooth.

4Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.

5Add milk; cook over medium heat until thickened.

6Add salt, pepper, catsup, pimento and cheese.

7Stir until cheese melts; set aside.
