  • 1 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup Land O Lakes Butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 (6 ounce) package lime flavored gelatin
  • 2 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups vanilla flavored yogurt
  • 1 cup Land O Lakes Heavy Whipping Cream*
  • 8 cups assorted fresh berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries,
  • sliced strawberries)
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jelly, warmed**
  • 1 cup Land O Lakes Heavy Whipping Cream, whipped

    Heat oven to 350F.

    Combine all crust ingredients in bowl.

    Press onto bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan.

    Bake 10 minutes; cool completely.

    Combine gelatin and boiling water in bowl.

    Stir until gelatin is dissolved.

    Stir in yogurt using whisk.

    Refrigerate 2 hours.

    Add 1 cup whipping cream to gelatin mixture.

    Beat at medium speed until creamy.

    Pour over cooled crust.
