  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 limes
  • 14 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese

    Mix ground beef, shredded cheese, and juice of 2 limes in a large bowl.

    Form about 4-6 patties, not too thick.

    Push down on the center to speed up cooking.

    Cook either on the grill or in a pan.

    For pan, add EVOO and cook until done.
