  • 1 pkg. lime gelatin
  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple (drain and reserve juice)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. (3 stalks) finely chopped celery
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 pt. whipping cream

Directions

    Combine pineapple juice with enough water to make 1 cup. Bring to a boil.

    Dissolve gelatin in hot juice; cool.

    Mash cream cheese and add to gelatin.

    Let set slightly.

    Add marshmallows, pineapple, celery and nuts.

    Fold in whipped cream.

    Pour in mold and chill until firm.
