- 1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling
- 1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O brand lime gelatin
- 1/4 c. sugar (optional)
- 2 c. water
- 1 1/2 tsp. grated lime rind
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 3 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip
- 1 prepared 9-inch chocolate crumb crust
Directions

1Combine pie filling mix, gelatin, sugar and water in saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.

2Add lime rind and juice.

3Pour into bowl.

4Cover with plastic wrap and chill until cold and slightly thickened.

5Fold in 2 1/2 cups Cool Whip.

6Spoon into crust.

7Freeze 1 hour or chill in refrigerator 3 hours.

8Garnish with remaining Cool Whip.
