  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
  • 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
  • 1 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • whipped cream

Directions

    Blend jello with boiling water until smooth and well dissolved. Add vanilla ice cream.

    Stir ice cream until dissolved.

    Blend in peppermint extract and semi-sweet chocolate that has been chopped in small pieces.

    Pour into pan and chill.

    Garnish with whipped cream.
