  • 1 (6 oz.) box lime jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 large pkg. cream cheese, cut up or 1 c. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple

Directions

    Dissolve jello in boiling water.

    Pour into blender.

    Add cream cheese or Ricotta cheese.

    Blend.

    Drain pineapple into measure cup, add water to juice to make 1 1/2 cups.

    Add to mixture and blend for a few seconds.

    Pour into bowl.

    When almost jelled, mix in crushed pineapple.

    Pour into mold.

    Chill until firm.
