  • 7 or 8 lb. cucumbers (do not peel)
  • 2 c. lime
  • 2 gal. water
  • 2 qt. cider vinegar
  • 4 lb. or less sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. celery seed
  • 1 Tbsp. mixed pickle spice
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • green food coloring

    24 hours; rinse off well and cover with clear water.
