Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 3 drops green food coloring
  • 1 pkg. lime Jell-O
  • 1 large can condensed milk
  • 1 baked or graham cracker crust

Directions

    Mix eggs, sugar, juice and coloring together and let come to a boil.

    Add Jell-O and let cool until it starts to congeal.

    Whip condensed milk and add to other mixture.

    Put into pie crust and put into refrigerator to firm up.
  5. 5
    It can be frozen; wrap and freeze, removing one hour before serving.
