  • 1 large box or 2 small boxes lime jello
  • 3 c. boiling water
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, most of juice drained
  • 1 large container Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix jello and boiling water; let set in refrigerator until it starts to congeal.

    Beat cream cheese until fluffy.

    Add pecans. Mix in pineapple and Cool Whip.

    Spread evenly in container; refrigerate until ready to serve.
