  • 1 pkg. lime Jell-O
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. drained crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. chopped marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 3 Tbsp. cottage cheese
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 pt. cream, whipped

Directions

    Combine Jell-O, sugar and boiling water.

    Let this cool, then beat in electric mixer until very foamy, then fold in pineapple, marshmallows, nuts, cottage cheese, lemon juice and whipped cream. Pour into bowl and refrigerate.
