- 4 fresh or frozen salmon steaks, cut 1-inch thick
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1/4 c. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. honey
Directions

1Rinse salmon; pat dry.

2Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl; brush over salmon.

3Place salmon in a greased grill basket (or directly on the grill, if you do not have one).

4Grill until salmon flakes easily when tested with a fork, brushing often with the sauce.

5Turn halfway through grilling.
