Ingredients

  • 12 cup lime cordial, I use Schweppes
  • 12 cup lime juice, fresh squeezed
  • 12 cup cream
  • 1 dash bitters
  • soda water, to taste and top up

Directions

    Mix cordial and juice in a jug.

    Add cream then add dash of bitters.
  3. 3
    Pour into 4 glasses and top up with soda water to taste.
  4. 4
    Decorate glasses with a lime wedge.
