  • 1 Tbsp. Primo 100% Pure Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. capers
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. hot pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 can (28 oz / 796 mL) ground tomatoes
  • 2/3 pkg. (375 g) Primo Linguine
  • 1/2 cup pitted black olives
  • 1/2 cup Primo Stuffed Manzanilla Olives

    Cook 2 chopped anchovy filets (optional), 1/2 cup each sliced Primo Pitted Medium Ripe Olives and Sliced Primo Stuffed Manzanilla Olives, 4 minced garlic cloves, 2 Tbsp.

    drained capers and 1/2 tsp.

    each hot pepper flakes and dried oregano in 1 Tbsp.

    Primo 100% Pure Olive Oil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Add 1 can (28 oz / 796 mL) Primo Ground Tomatoes.

    Simmer 20 minutes or until sauce thickens.

    Cook 375 g (2/3 of 500 g pkg.)

    Primo Linguine; drain.

    Toss with sauce and 1/4 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley.
