- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. linguine
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drain and save liquid
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 4 c. cooked cubed ham
- 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
- 1 sliced red pepper
- 1 sliced green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. seasoned croutons
Directions

1Cook linguine according to package.

2Melt margarine in

3medium saucepan over low.

4Add flour and salt, stirring; add milk.

5Bring to boil, stirring constantly.

6Boil for 1 minute.

7Add liquid from mushrooms, water and cube.

8Cook, stirring constantly, until bubbly and slightly thick.

9Add 2 cups sauce and mushrooms to linguine; toss until well mixed.

10Spread in 13 x 9-inch pan.
