Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate
  • 23 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 14 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 14 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon rum liqueur or 1 teaspoon rum
  • 2 tablespoons coconut

Directions

    Melt chocolate, consdensed milk, and vanilla essence in a saucepan over a low heat.

    Remove from heat, then stir in coconut and liqueur or rum.

    Leave to cool and then shape into logs.
  4. 4
    Roll logs on a tray in coconut.

    Chill until required.
