- 2 (8 1/2 oz.) each cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) can diced green chilies
- 1 1/2 c. fat-free mayo
- 6 oz. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In ovenproof dish, combine artichokes, chilies, mayo and all but 2 tablespoons cheese.

3Mix well. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake about 50 minutes or until top is lightly browned.

4Serve with crisp crackers.
