Lite Artichoke Dip

  • 2 (8 1/2 oz.) each cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) can diced green chilies
  • 1 1/2 c. fat-free mayo
  • 6 oz. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    In ovenproof dish, combine artichokes, chilies, mayo and all but 2 tablespoons cheese.

    Mix well. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake about 50 minutes or until top is lightly browned.

    Serve with crisp crackers.
