Ingredients
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. lite or no-fat cream cheese
- 1 c. nonfat sour cream
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 whole egg
- 3 egg whites
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- margarine
Directions

1Mix graham cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar and enough melted margarine to hold the crumb mixture together.

2Press mixture into bottom and sides of spring-form pan.

3Place pan in freezer.

4Mix cream cheese, sugar, and cornstarch in mixer.

5Add egg and egg whites, then sour cream.

6Pour into spring-form pan. Place pan in preheated oven of 375°.

7Bake for 10 minutes; turn oven to 300°.

8Bake for 10 minutes.

9Turn oven to 225°.

10Bake for 85 minutes.

11Turn oven off.

12Leave in oven for 45 minutes.

13Take out of oven.

14Cool completely, then refrigerate.
