Lite Coconut Pecan Pie

- 4 eggs or 1 c. Egg Beaters
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Bisquick regular or lite
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Grease 9 or 10-inch pie plate.

3Place all ingredients in a large bowl and beat until smooth; batter will be a little lumpy.

4Beat by hand.

5Pour ingredients into pie plate. Sprinkle top with a little coconut and bake 50 to 55 minutes. Test with knife in center.

6When done will come out clean.
