- 4 oz. lite cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. skim milk
- 1 1/2 packets Equal (= 1 Tbsp. sugar)
- 1 1/2 c. thawed lite Cool Whip
- 1 c. skim milk
- 2 small pkg. sugar free Jell-O vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
- 16 oz. pumpkin with spices already added
- 1 graham cracker crust *
Directions

1Mix cream cheese, milk and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth.

2Gently stir in whipped topping.

3Spread on bottom of crust.

4Pour 1 cup milk into bowl.

5Add pudding mix.

6Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes (mixture will be thick).

7Stir in pumpkin with wire whisk.

8Mix well.

9Spread over cream cheese layer.

10Refrigerate at least 3 hours.

11Garnish with additional whipped topping if desired.
