  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 4 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 envelopes beef mushroom soup
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 (10 oz.) can bean sprouts
  • 5 tubes crescent rolls

Directions

    Combine ground beef, onion, soup mixes, water chestnuts and bean sprouts.

    Mix well.

    Unroll crescent rolls.

    Cut each triangle in half.

    Put a tablespoon of the meat mixture on each piece of crescent roll.

    Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.

    Makes 80 buns.
