  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • vanilla wafers

Directions

    Place cupcake papers in muffin tins.

    Place a vanilla wafer in each paper.

    Mix all the other ingredients together except pie filling.

    Pour into each cupcake paper.

    Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.

    You can use any kind of pie filling to top cake after they are cooled.
