- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can cherry pie filling (or any fruit flavor)
- 24 vanilla wafers
Directions

1Line cupcake pans with 24 cupcake liners.

2Put a wafer in each.

3Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla. Fill cups 2/3 full.

4Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.

5Chill. Top each with pie filling.
