  • 1 lb. liver
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. mustard
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 2 large onions

    Slice onions in pan and fry until light brown.

    Mix flour, salt, mustard and sugar.

    Dip the liver in this mixture.

    Put half of onions in casserole.

    Place the liver on top, then add rest of onions.

    Mix curry powder to the rest of flour mixture.

    Add the water and catsup, making a paste.

    Pour over liver and onions. Bake 1 hour at 300°.
