- 1 lb. liver, sliced thin
- 2 c. brown gravy
- sprinkle of parsley
- dash of salt and pepper
- 1 large onion, sliced thin
- 8 pieces bacon, fried crisp
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Melt butter in skillet and saute onion.

2Dredge slices of liver in flour and brown each side.

3Pour gravy on liver and season with parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 2 minutes and arrange on a serving platter.

4Place bacon on top of liver.

5Serves 4.
