- 1 lb. beef stew
- 1 lb. beef liver
- 2 c. flour
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 c. beef broth
- 1 Tbsp. marjoram leaves, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. ground coriander or sage
Directions

1Cook stew beef until tender; then cook liver in beef pot for 1/2 hour.

2Take meat out of beef broth and let cool.

3Grind or grate the meat.

4Put your flour, onions, spices, egg and 1 cup of beef in.

5Finally, mix all together and drop in boiling broth for 30 minutes or until done.
