- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 lb. chicken livers
- 1 medium sweet onion
- 4 hard-cooked eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
Directions

1Melt butter in skillet.

2Cook onion and chicken livers until onion is transparent and livers are pink; do not fry.

3Put liver mixture with juice in the blender.

4Add hard-cooked eggs.

5Blend well until smooth.

6Add garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce.

7Mix well.

8Add salad dressing.

9Mix well.

10Refrigerate.
