  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped dill pickle
  • 1 Tbsp. each: grated onion and Dijon mustard
  • 2/3 c. chopped parsley

    Chill until firm

    to handle. With oiled hands shape in 1 or 2 logs.
