- 3 pkg. broth mix
- 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
- 6 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
- 3 Tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
- dash of nutmeg and pepper
Directions

1Beat the eggs slightly.

2Add the milk and seasonings.

4Pour the mixture into a pie size pan.

5Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until firm in the center.
