  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 3 pkg. broth mix
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
  • 6 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
  • dash of nutmeg and pepper

    Beat the eggs slightly.

    Add the milk and seasonings.

    Mix. Stir in the cheese.

    Pour the mixture into a pie size pan.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until firm in the center.
