- 1 pkg. (1 lb.) frozen skinless haddock
- 1 med. potato (do not peel)
- 1 med. onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Bring kettle of water to full boiling point.

2Add salt.

3Add whole potato (unpeeled), onion (cut up) into quarters.

4Boil 5 minutes.

5Add haddock (it will go to the bottom of the kettle). Add lemon juice.

6Boil until haddock rises to the top of the water.

7Remove haddock - it is ready to eat.

8Serve with butter or as you would any lobster.

9Potato and onion edible too!
