  • 4 tsp. butter
  • 4 tsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 lb. American cheese
  • dash of paprika
  • dash of cayenne
  • 1/2 pt. cream
  • 1/4 pt. evaporated milk
  • 1 (4 lb.) lobster
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. cooking sherry

Directions

    Make a sauce mixture of the first 8 ingredients.

    In an iron pan, melt some butter.

    Saute meat of a 4 pound lobster.

    Add remaining ingredients to sauce.

    Put in a buttered casserole and bake until brown on top in a 350° oven.
