  • 1 c. cut-up lobster meat
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 c. minced onion
  • 2 c. light cream
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • dash of parsley flakes
  • 4 eggs
  • 9-inch pastry shell (unbaked)

Directions

    Sprinkle lobster, cheese and onion into pastry shell.

    Beat eggs.

    Pour cream into eggs.

    Add pepper and parsley flakes. Bake 15 minutes at 425°. Reduce heat to 300°. Bake 35 to 40 minutes before serving.
