- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 2 c. light cream
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- dash of parsley flakes
- 4 eggs
- 9-inch pastry shell (unbaked)
Directions

1Sprinkle lobster, cheese and onion into pastry shell.

3Pour cream into eggs.

4Add pepper and parsley flakes. Bake 15 minutes at 425°. Reduce heat to 300°. Bake 35 to 40 minutes before serving.
