- 2 c. chicken broth
- 3/4 c. white wine
- 3/4 c. minced onions
- 10 to 12 oz. lobster meat
- 1 lb. haddock
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans evaporated milk
- 3 tsp. butter
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 lb. scallops
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except the cooked rice.

2Simmer 1/2 hour, until hot.
