Ingredients

  • 1 can lobster spaghetti sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. zucchini slices, quartered
  • 1 c. corn
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. seafood seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 lb. whitefish, bite size pieces
  • 1/4 lb. chopped lobster meat (real or imitation)

Directions

    In a large saucepan, combine lobster sauce and cornstarch. Stir in vegetables, garlic and seasonings.

    Bring to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add fish and lobster. Return to boil.

    Simmer 7 to 10 minutes or until fish and lobster are cooked.

    This is the creme de la creme.
