- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. white light corn syrup
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. flavor

Directions

1In a saucepan, blend sugar, corn syrup and water.

2Bring to boil over high heat until mixture reaches 290°.

3Remove pan from heat.

4Allow to stand until bubbles have simmered down.

5Add flavoring and color as desired.

6Do not overstir.

7Mold into desired shapes in Pam sprayed hard candy molds.
