- 1/4 lb. smoke salmon
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped (include green part 2 inches above white)
- 2 tomatoes, cubed
- 6 ice cubes
Directions

1Shred salmon with finger; place in bowl.

2Add onions and tomatoes.

3Press (lomi) or mash slightly with fingers.

4Put ice cubes on top.

6Serve in small side dishes with some of the liquid.
