- butter (enough to brown chicken)
- 3/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
- sherry or white wine to taste (about 1/4 c.)
Directions

1Brown chicken in butter.

2Brown mushrooms.

3Place chicken in large casserole.

4Mix soups (undiluted); pour over chicken.

5Place mushrooms on top.

6Refrigerate.

7When ready to bake, add wine. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
