- 7 cup all purpose flour

- 3 tbsp yeast

- 4 cup warm water
Directions

1in mixer bowl add all purpose flour, sugar, salt, yeast , oil .turn on and mix.

8in small saucepan add 1/2 cup all purpose flour and 1/2 cup water mix and stir cook about 2 minutes make a soft and smoothie dough.

9turn off the heat.

10on top the dough that you made a rectangle with brush put the soft smoothie dough.

11with your finger mark all the dough.

12for garnishing put poppy seeds .oven heat 450F cook about 20 to 25 minutes.
