  • 1/4 lb. Butter
  • 3 tbsp. Baking Powder
  • 2 tbsp. Anise Extract
  • 1 heaping tbsp. Anise Seed
  • 3 1/2 cups Flour (sifted)
  • 1 tsp preserves of your choice for each 1/4 scoop (Our favorite is strawberry or apricot)
