Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1 lb ground veal
  • 3 cups crushed saltine crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 3 teaspoons coriander
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup water

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and press firmly into a greased bread pan.

    Place in freezer and allow to set but NOT freeze!

    Remove from freezer and slice to desired thickness and fry up on a cast iron skillet with a bit of oil.
