- 2 pkg. Ore-Ida hash browns (2 lb. each)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans milk
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. onion salt
- 1 stick margarine
- grated cheese
Directions

1Defrost hash browns.

2Warm 2 cans of soup, 2 cans milk and cream cheese over low heat.

3Add salt, pepper, onion salt and margarine to milk.

4Pour over potatoes and sprinkle grated cheese over top.

5Makes 2 casseroles of potatoes, 1 (13 x 9 x 2-inch) and 1 (10 x 6-inch).

6Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
